Norman Steisel formerly served the Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) as their Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer. The Philadelphia Stock Exchange eventually sold to NASDAQ OMX. Mr. Steisel coordinated PHLX participation in integration activities and transition planning with NASDAQ OMX.
